WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The availability of attractive financing contingents plays a central role in the successful marketing of our projects. In order to further professionalize our financing structures and expand long-term partnerships, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) End Customer Financing to act as a strategic contact for banks and financing partners.
YOUR MAIN TASKS
Strategic relationship management
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding long-term relationships with banks, credit institutions and financing partners (e.g. savings banks, cooperative banks, direct banks).
- Strategic discussion of financing quotas, conditions and cooperation models.
- Regular exchange with partners to identify future potential for further real estate projects.
Operational account management
- Acting as the main point of contact for banks on all credit-related issues.
- Organizing and conducting presentations and workshops at partner banks regarding the presentation of real estate projects together with the sales department.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction (buyers) and sustainable partnership success (partner banks).
Financing acquisition & contingent agreements
- Development and negotiation of bank quotas for end customer financing of our projects.
- Coordination of standardized credit parameters to accelerate the credit decision.
- Close cooperation with internal teams (sales, financing, asset management).
Monitoring & reporting
- Monitoring the loan and partner portfolio.
- Observation of market changes with regard to the financeability of property parameters (e.g. niche products, third-party use, etc.)
- Preparation of reports on business development, pipeline and KPIs for management.
YOUR PROFILE
Professional qualifications
- Completed training as a bank clerk or degree (e.g. business administration, finance, real estate management) or comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting banks/financial partners or in key account management, ideally in the financing environment (platforms, fintechs, construction financing).
- Sound understanding of credit processes, banking structures and regulatory frameworks.
Methodical and social skills
- Very good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong network and relationship awareness.
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on solutions.
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and confidence in dealing with decision-makers.
