Product Project Manager (f/m/d)

Greentube is offering a full-time position as Product Project Manager (m/f/d) at our office in Raaba near Graz. This role plays a central part within the Server Based Gaming organization, ensuring projects, features, and products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Acting as the bridge between Product Management, Development, QA, and Operations, the Product Project Manager drives structured execution while translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

• Organises and manages the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, features, and products
• Creates business and functional requirements and presents them in grooming sessions
• Collaborates closely with Product Management and Operations to plan and prioritise roadmaps and release plans
• Works with Development and QA to schedule deliveries and forecast project timelines
• Coordinates work packages, conducts release planning, and supports resource planning activities
• Manages project changes and schedules software releases to production environments
• Reports on progress, risks, scope deviations, and budget alignment within the agreed project framework
• Identifies and communicates critical paths, dependencies, and prerequisites across teams
• Ensures structured documentation, knowledge transfer, and formal project close-down
• Drives cross-functional process improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders

• Completed higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable project management role
• Experience in the casino or gambling industry is preferred
• Strong proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile frameworks
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down and solve complex problems\
• Hands-on, structured, and highly organized working style with strong multitasking abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with high affinity for collaborative work
