HR Generalist (f/m/d) Focus Recruiting

• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process as well as for candidate management
• Development of targeted recruiting strategies (e. g. active sourcing) including their implementation
• Organization and participation in recruiting events & career fairs
• Responsibility and / or active participation in diverse HR projects as well as employer branding measures
• Sparring partner for employees as well as managers
• Operational personnel management

• Completed training with focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
• Several years of experience in recruiting / HR and ideally experience in active sourcing
• Very good knowledge of German and English as well as basic knowledge of personnel policy issues
  (e. g. labor law, social security law) advantageous
• You are a flexible, innovative, independent and discreet personality with team spirit and joy in the further development of the HR department
• Your winning personality and diplomatic skills are what makes you stand out of the crowd
