Commissioning Manager(m/f/d)

− Location: Ratingen, Germany (Headquarters)

Your Tasks

• Team building and operational responsibility : You take over the operational management of the commissioning work and lead the IBS team on site.
• Customer and partner relations and supplier management : You coordinate customers, partners and suppliers to ensure smooth project realization.
• Transition management and training : You organize the transition from installation to commissioning and lead practical training courses for the operating personnel.
• Installation completion : Verification and confirmation of mechanical and EI&C installation completion using CCC protocols
• Scheduling : Support the creation of an IBS schedule based on experience and activity duration.
• Documentation and work safety : Ensure compliance with work safety standards and document project progress.

Your Profile

• Education : Completed studies at a university of applied sciences in mechanical engineering, process engineering, civil engineering or comparable qualification (e.g. technical college).
• Professional experience : At least 10 years of experience in commissioning (IBS) in plant construction, both on site and in the office.
• Expertise : Process engineering knowledge in power plant operation as well as special training (e.g. switching authorization, SCC).
• Occupational safety : Proof of occupational safety training for construction site management personnel in accordance with SCC or comparable.
• Personal competences : Team spirit, willingness to compromise, friendly demeanor, high self-motivation and frustration tolerance.
• Methodical skills : Problem-solving ability, organizational strength and implementation orientation.
• Language skills : Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage.
