Qualifications

•At least 3 years of experience (in automotive area would be an advantage) and detailed knowledge in HR controlling, HR analytics, finance controlling or a similar role•Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field•Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency•Knowledge of HR and BI tools is an advantage (SAP HR)•High attention to detail and strong communication skills•Excellent spoken and written English skills•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

•Monitor and analyze HR KPIs •Prepare defined HR reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders•Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data and reports•Monitor and identify optimization opportunities•Benchmark analysis on different functions•Monitor and analyze the Qualification Matrix for direct labor•Adhere to data protection and confidentiality requirements•Contribute to HR strategy through data-driven insights
