We are looking for a personnel administrator (m/f/d)
for our client as part of a direct placement .
Job description
- You are responsible for the independent and timely execution of the monthly preparatory payroll accounting for a defined group of employees
- You are responsible for independent personnel processing (including contract preparation contract preparation, personnel file management, registration and certification)
- you are responsible for operational personnel processing
- you are responsible for supporting and advising employees and managers in all personnel-related matters
- you are responsible for communicating with authorities authorities and social insurance providers
- You will be involved in projects and in the optimisation and further development of HR processes
- You will compile ad hoc statistics
- Your tasks will include working with the HR offices in Mainz and Bad Homburg
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with further training as a personnel administrator (m/f/d)
- You have at least 1.5 years of professional experience in personnel administration
- knowledge of labour, wage tax and social security law is also an advantage for you
- you are confident in using MS Office, SAGE and DATEV
- good written and spoken German skills characterise you
- reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
