- Completed technical training
- Team player and communicative
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Car and driver's license to reach the site
- Comprehensive knowledge in the field of quality assurance, preferably in the automotive sector
Your tasks:
- Customer service in the automotive sector
- Processing of complaints and partially related error messages
- Coordinate and initiate corrective and remedial measures
- Transfer of quality improvements to related processes and products
- Collaboration with the operational department
