Apprenticeship as a tourism clerk for private and business travel (m/f/d)

• Secondary school certificate, advanced technical college certificate or high school diploma with good to very good grades
• Interest in the tourism industry and enjoy sales
• Committed, determined and communicative personality
• Very good knowledge of German and English and good knowledge of MS Office 365
• A high degree of service orientation, enthusiasm and flexibility

• Acquire in-depth expertise in the organization of travel services in the most successful German cruise company
• Providing sales-oriented advice and information to our travel agency partners
• Purchasing travel services from tourism companies (airlines, hotels, etc.)
• Contributing to the planning and implementation of sales-promoting advertising measures
• Collaboration in product and customer management
• Processing and managing commercial tasks
