We are looking for a temporary and permanent position at our company headquarters in Rostock at the earliest possible date.

(Junior) Analyst Revenue Management (m/f/d)

• A degree in business administration or commercial training in tourism and several years of professional experience, ideally in the tourism industry
• Experience in price and revenue management or in the preparation of sales or marketing analyses
• Very good German and good English skills as well as confidence in using MS Office 365, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team

• Monitoring the current booking situation and forecasting future bookings with the aim of maximizing revenue and occupancy rates
• Market and competition monitoring
• Monitoring the individual, allocated departures (in the case of flight destinations, exchange with the flight department) and the associated pricing in the flexible pricing models
• Observation and management of sales campaigns and strategic sales planning
• Use of the systems commonly used in the area (Oracle BI, Tableau, Excel)
• Active participation in projects to improve internal processes
