As Germany's leading collagen brand, we're scaling our D2C-first omnichannel approach across Europe. Our webshop is the heart of our direct customer relationships and a key revenue driver. With our expansion into new markets and our evolution from a collagen-only brand to a holistic pro-aging wellness brand, we need to ensure our online shop delivers an exceptional customer experience that drives conversion, builds loyalty, and reflects our "modern glow" aesthetic at every touchpoint.

This is where we need your support:

• Campaign Coordination: You manage the implementation of marketing, brand, and campaign initiatives in the Glow25 online shop in close alignment with Marketing, Brand, and CRM teams
• Conversion Optimization: You ensure all shop updates—landing pages, promotions, content, features—drive conversion, revenue growth, and an outstanding user experience
• Interface Management: You collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and consistent execution of all measures
• Quality Assurance & Brand Consistency: You review all shop changes for brand guidelines, UX standards, and technical accuracy before go-live
• Analysis & Reporting: You monitor campaign and shop performance (Conversion Rate, AOV, Engagement) and derive actionable recommendations for continuous optimization

You have the following experience:

• Excellent English skills and German (nice to have)
• Completed degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, Media, or comparable qualification
• 3-5 years in E-Commerce, Online Marketing, or digital project management, ideally in a D2C environment
• Experience managing shop updates, campaign implementations, and conversion optimization
• Proficient in shop systems (e.g., Shopify), web analytics (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio), and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
• Nice to have: A/B testing tools, UX/Heatmap tools (e.g., Hotjar), CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo)
