Lead Operations Reporting (w/m/d)

We are expanding our Business Intelligence Team and are currently looking for a Lead Operations Reporting professional who understands global business operations from the inside out — not just someone who can analyze numbers, but someone who knows what those numbers mean in a manufacturing, supply chain, or production context. This role is at the heart of our Operations Excellence transformation, helping to drive performance by improving the transparency, usability, and impact of our operations reporting.

A job that matters: Your Tasks

  • Own and evolve the Group's Operations Performance Reporting, ensuring it reflects the real needs of our operations leaders. This includes providing actionable insights that support planning, decision-making, and day-to-day steering of our global COO organization.
Key reporting areas include: OTD, Lead Time, Production Efficiency, S&OP, Schedule Attainment, Non Conformance Reporting — core operations reporting that drive the business.
  • Partner closely with Operations Leaders to understand their processes, challenges, and decision needs.
  • Develop and implement global, standardized reporting processes that reflect how the business operates - not just how data is stored. This requires close collaboration with the key stakeholders, including Operations Leadership, Finance Leadership, Commercial Leadership, Strategy, and other Global Functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations reporting and enhance data quality and usability.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Global Supply Chain Management, Health & Safety, Logistics, and Procurement - ensuring business-first solutions.
  • Support key programs such as 'Simplify Reporting' and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing across business units.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

  • University degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, with strong operations and analytics understanding - ideally from a multinational industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in operations reporting, production/supply chain planning, performance management or similar roles.
  • Practical understanding of how global operations work — you've worked closely with production, logistics, or planning teams, not just the Finance or BI department. Strong understanding of process management.
  • Solid knowledge of business intelligence and ERP tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP SD/MM/PP modules, Excel), but you see them as tools to support business outcomes - not the goal. Adept at learning new tools.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills; confident communicating with leaders across operations, commercial, finance, and IT.
  • Fluent in English; able to translate between business needs and data/technical requirements.

Why this job matters

This role is not just about delivering reports — it's about understanding the heartbeat of operations, enabling leaders to make better decisions, and helping the business run more effectively and transparently every day.

A workplace that matters: Our offering

  • Best opportunities in a globally operating company with a family business culture
  • Attractive salary package
  • Development opportunities
  • Employee support program
  • Supplementary benefits such as public transportation and cafeteria
