As a Breakfast Cook (m|f|d) at the Unterschwarzachhof, you ensure our guests begin each day in the best possible way . Your tasks

• You take responsibility for polite and courteous guest service during breakfast hours.
• You are in charge of preparing the breakfast buffet, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time before lunch service.
• You monitor the breakfast buffet throughout the morning and maintain an appealing visual presentation of the food.
• You assist the cooks during service hours and help with cleaning after lunch.
• You perform the tasks assigned to you conscientiously and keep your workstation clean.
• You handle equipment and resources with care and comply with HACCP guidelines .
• You support your kitchen colleagues in a collaborative manner.

What you bring with you

• You have a completed culinary education or relevant work experience in gastronomy.
