We are looking for a knowledgeable and confident Head Bartender (f/m/d) for our stylish hotel bar – someone who brings both strong bartending skills and a warm, professional presence. From signature cocktails to classic drinks and fine digestifs, you will shape the bar experience for our discerning guests while leading a small team with clarity, structure, and heart.

Your tasks

• Welcome and advise our international guests competently in bar waiter service to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Ensure the smooth running of the bar service by professionally preparing drinks and making specific recommendations.
• Actively contribute to the maintenance and attractive presentation of our extensive range of drinks.
• Ensure compliance with the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the bar waiter area through regular checks and cleanliness measures.
• Work closely with our service team and other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently and to their complete satisfaction.

What you bring with you

• You have a completed qualification in the hotel or gastronomy industry or have comparable qualifications.
• You have professional experience in bar waiter service , ideally in upscale hotels or restaurants.
• Your appearance is friendly and professional , which makes you an ideal contact person for our guests.
• You have a sound knowledge of drinks, especially cocktails and wines.
• You are a team player and have excellent communication skills .
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility are a matter of course for you in order to be able to react to the dynamic requirements of the catering trade.
• A good knowledge of German is required, knowledge of English is an advantage and expands your field of application in international guest contact.
