Your creativity , empathy , and energy shape a diverse childcare program—ranging from arts and crafts and mountain adventures, soccer matches, or pizza-baking sessions. Whether exploring nature, experiencing the many family activities Saalbach-Hinterglemm has to offer, or building huts in the forest, you create unforgettable moments and take on a high level of responsibility for each child’s well-being and safety.

Your tasks

• Plan and organize creative, age-appropriate activities both within the hotel and throughout the local area, including Saalbach-Hinterglemm’s wide range of adventures.
• Supervise and care for children, ensuring safety and fun at all times.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment that is lovingly set up for our youngest guests.
• Coordinate closely with parents and team members to address the individual needs of each child.
• Organize special children’s events and small celebrations that will stay with our young guests long after their visit.

What you bring with you

• Experience in childcare or a related educational background.
• Strong communication skills and empathy when interacting with children and parents.
• Creativity and team spirit to design varied programs and integrate seamlessly with our team.
