As a Back Office & Reservation Agent, you ensure that enquiries are handled professionally, reservations are accurately maintained, and information flows smoothly between departments. Your structured and service-oriented work is key to our daily operations.

Your tasks

• Handle reservation requests via email and phone , ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Maintain and manage bookings in the system , keeping all data accurate and up to date.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries , supporting guests, colleagues, and departments.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Service, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support administrative reception tasks , contributing to an organised back-office workflow.

What you bring with you

• Experience in back office, reservations, or reception-related roles within hospitality or tourism.
• A structured and detail-oriented way of working, even with a high volume of enquiries.
• Professional and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A strong service mindset and reliability when handling sensitive information.
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with hotel software (e.g. Elite) .
• Very good German skills and good English skills for international communication.
• Discretion and a high sense of responsibility.
