Your Mission
The Territory Support Representative (TSR) serves as Continental Aerospace Technologies’ primary point of contact in the assigned territory. This role encompasses comprehensive territory management, customer service, sales, technical support, and training. The TSR is responsible for promoting and supporting all Continental product lines through outside sales activities, customer engagement, and effective management of distribution and service partners. Primary focus is on customer support & satisfaction, business growth, and revenue generation, by engaging with customers and effectively managing the relationships and performance of distribution and support partners.
****This position can be remote, if not in the Germany, Saxony area. ****
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing product knowledge in accordance with current standards and internal regulations
- Develop and conduct technical training courses (in-person and virtual) for customers and internal staff with focus on specialist and methodological expertise on the product
- Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and multimedia content
- Explain the tasks to be performed to the trainees according to the training plan and progress, monitor learning progress and check results
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EASA / FAA regulations, engine technologies, and industry best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits.
- Provide technical representation at trade shows and special events, including development and delivery of technical presentations to an audience.
- Support marketing initiatives and the execution and monitoring of campaigns.
- Plan in-house and external training assignments in consultation with the Director of Sales & Service
Travel:
Average: 50%. Must be willing and able to travel throughout the assigned territory, as well as other regions (including the US), sometimes in short-notice and/or for extended periods of time as needed.
Your Profile:
- Technical Bachelor´s degree (B.A.) from a three-year university, or relevant experience/training, or an equivalent combination of several years
- Valid and current FAA A&P License or local equivalent as a plus.
- Private Pilot License or higher, CFI, CFII ratings are a plus
- Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional regional languages preferred
- Continental factory diesel training
- Previous experience with FADEC diesel engine technology.
