Your tasks:

• Taking over projects from the sales phase
• Coordinating with the responsible project team
• Setting up and structuring the project organisation
• Coordinating communication between customers, internal departments and external partners
• Managing and coordinating all areas involved in the project within the company (design, production, purchasing, AV, etc.).)
• Creating, updating and monitoring project schedules
• Ensuring the timely realisation of all project milestones
• Claim management

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or technical education (HAK, HBLA, HTL,...)
• Technical understanding
• Multiple years of professional experience in project management an advantage
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Sure handling of MS Office
• Very good German and good written and spoken English

The gross salary for this position is €3,800 based on full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
