The Role

As a After Sales Advisor, you will be the key client contact for all after sales services/repairs. This includes liaising with customers regarding estimation management, the repair process and follow up. Experience with watches is not mandatory as full training is provided but a passion for impeccable customer service and the watch industry will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent communication and customer service to clients
• Ensure services are presented professionally
• Offer first-level technical assistance to clients
• Perform detailed diagnostics on timepieces to determine necessary repairs
• Conduct quality control checks for watches returned from service
• Interact with clients to assess their service needs and recommend corrective actions
• Complete administrative tasks as required
• Proactively follow up with clients regarding delays or updates
• Conduct weekly stock take to manage inventory
• Resolve client queries and provide effective solutions
• Assist on the sales floor when required
• Continuously develop product knowledge and understanding of watch technology
• Demonstrate expertise in watch movements, calibres, and functions to clients
