What you'll do

• Supporting to develop Contract & Compliance Dashboard
• Perform Contractual Data maintenance
• Executing on regular basis certain Supplier Reporting
• Sending Suppliers´ Notifications
• Eventually supporting in develop AI tools
• Maintenance of websites, MS SharePoint pages and team communication

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Legal / Business and Administration
• Computer skills Proficient in Excel, Word
• Language skills:., fluent in English and intermediate in German
• Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, reliable and independent
• Other important skills/experience: (e.g., work experience)
• Advanced Excel skills including knowledge in power excel tools such as power queries, power pivots, knowledge in tasks automation via macros or
  VBAs will be a plus
• Knowledge in MS Office power tools (Power BI, Power Automate) will also be a plus
• Working from office is required
