● Partner with colleagues across communications and programs to ensure donor stories and impact are shared effectively.

● Maintain accurate donor records in the organization’s CRM/database.

Skills and Characteristics to be Successful in this Position :

● Experience planning and running direct mail and email appeals, giving days, and donor campaigns.

● Ability to craft compelling, donor-centered messages that inspire action.

● Skilled at balancing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables at once.

● Comfortable using donor databases and campaign metrics to track progress and improve results.

● Able to work effectively across internal teams to execute campaigns and events.

● Experience coordinating small donor events or engagement opportunities.

● Comfortable pivoting strategies to respond to donor needs or organizational priorities.

● Brings energy, optimism, and persistence to the challenges of nonprofit fundraising.

● A strong passion for LFL’s mission and work

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree preferred but experience in sales, marketing, communications, or a related field is valued.

● 2+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience, with a focus on annual giving or individual donor programs.

● Proven success planning and executing direct mail, email, or multi-channel fundraising campaigns.

● Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to inspire action through storytelling.

● Experience with donor stewardship and cultivation strategies.

● Highly organized with strong project management skills.

● This is currently a hybrid position with the in-person days at LFL’s St. Paul, MN office. This position will work three days a week at the LFL office and two days a week at home (this is subject to change).

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
