Position Summary:
This position is a unique blend of responsibilities supporting both the Programs and Regional areas of Junior Achievement North. The primary focus is serving as the main point of contact for our Satellite Programs across the region, ensuring these regional engagements are aligned with the mission, standards, and expectations of JA North.
In addition, this position supports JA North’s Mobile Experiential Learning Programs, including JA Finance Park Mobile and Dream Accelerator Mobile. These programs bring real-world learning experiences to students across greater Minnesota and North Dakota. The role includes logistical coordination, onsite program delivery, and close collaboration with staff and partners to ensure high-quality, impactful learning experiences in mobile settings.
Primary Responsibilities:
Satellite Program Support
· Support and maintain partnership agreement details with Satellite Advisory Boards.
· Primary contact for Satellite program contacts
· Manage tools/resources used to capture and track class information for each Satellite community.
· Support and track program kit order and shipment processes
· Provide guidance, direction, and resources to Advisory Board members to use when communicating with educators and volunteers
· Pull monthly financial tie-out reports and update Satellite area financial records
· Data entry – class record management
· Schedule Satellite Board check-in meetings
Mobile Experiential Learning Support
· Support the delivery of Mobile Experiential Learning programs across the region, including transporting and setting up mobile units at partner sites.
· Create a positive, engaging experience for students, educators, and volunteers during real-world simulation events in partnership with JA North staff.
· Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, helping to build strong relationships that support continued partnerships with schools and educators.
· Assist with planning, logistics, and on-site facilitation of Mobile Learning program visits.
· Implement tools and materials to equip volunteers and students with the information needed to navigate their experience effectively.
· Set up, reset, and maintain the mobile experiential learning spaces before and after each visit, ensuring smooth transitions between locations.
· Gain and apply knowledge of program operations, mobile logistics, software systems, and equipment used in the simulations.
· Collaborate with the team to create and deliver summer programs that utilize the mobile units.
· Participate in additional projects as needed to support Mobile Learning and JA North initiatives.
Qualifications :
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be able to drive mobile unit.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiatives when the need arises.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with a diverse type of people.
· Good work ethic, a flexible and non-judgmental approach to people
· Strong communication skills that include absorbing, sharing, and understanding information and communicating details (whether written or verbal) in multiple different outlets.
· Computer literacy with iPads, Google apps and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to set up existing programs.
· Ability to support tech during event set-ups.
· Strong attention to details.
· Knowledge and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
· Ability to contribute to a positive organizational culture.
· An active driver’s license is required for this role
