At GF – Georg Fischer, we are transforming how IT delivers business value. As the global Head IT PMO, you will play a mission-critical role in designing and leading our global IT demand and project management capability - one that spans divisions, regions, and transformation programs.

• Design, implement, and own GF’s enterprise-wide IT PMO framework, aligning portfolio governance, demand management, capacity steering, and project execution with GF Strategy 2030.
• Establish IT Demand & Project Management as an enterprise discipline, balancing strategic direction with business-driven demand from Divisions.
• Evaluate, refine, and manage the future IT PMO tooling platform, ensuring its seamless integration with GF’s business systems.
• Lead enterprise-wide organizational change to embed new IT PMO practices and standards across GF, ensuring adoption and sustainability.
• Act as the process owner and change leader, ensuring that IT PMO practices are not only defined but fully embedded and maintained in GF’s IT operating model.

• 10+ years of leadership experience in IT PMO or IT Project Management roles in global, multi-division industrial companies.
• Strong industrial background in manufacturing, ERP, CRM, digital and data transformation - with experience across global project landscapes.
• Proven success in designing and embedding enterprise IT PMO frameworks, including governance, prioritization, and performance structures.
• Deep understanding of industry standards and methodologies: PMBOK, PRINCE2, SAFe, Business Technology Standard, ITIL.
• End-to-end experience in PMO platform selection, implementation, and integration (ServiceNow, Jira, SAP, etc).
• Fluent in English; German highly preferred.
• Executive presence, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate with confidence and clarity at C-level.
