YOUR TASKS

Installation and Training

• Look after national and international clients using SIHOT.POS
• Support the Sales team in presentations for prospective clients
• Configure SIHOT.POS according to client requirements
• Install SIHOT.POS on site in Germany and abroad
• Conduct training sessions in Germany and abroad

Support

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
• Enter client issues in our ticketing system, follow up and close tickets as required
• Analyse and report product malfunctions
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven record in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, bar or pub) with several years of working experience in F&B or as a IT/Network technician
• Experience in working SIHOT.POS advantageous
• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Orderman)
• Strong communication skills (via phone, email, in-person) and excellent client service orientation
• A professional, friendly attitude and team spirit
• Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
• Willingness to travel nationwide and abroad required
• Fluent German and English language skills (both written and verbal)
