Für unseren Kunden aus dem technischen Umfeld suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Wareneingangsprüfung und Reklamationsbearbeitung.

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder kaufmännisch-technischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Qualitätswesen, in der Wareneingangsprüfung oder in einem ähnlichen technischen Umfeld wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
- Erste Erfahrung in der Reklamationsbearbeitung von Vorteil
- Technisches Verständnis bzw. Technikaffinität wünschenswert; fehlende Kenntnisse werden im Rahmen der Tätigkeit vermittelt
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
- Durchführung der Wareneingangsprüfung an Kaufteilen
- (Bauteilprüfung, Zeugnisprüfung sowie Anpassung der Prüfstrategie im ERP-System M3)
- Durchführung messtechnischer Aufgaben wie Vermessung, Lehren und Sonderprüfungen inkl. Dokumentation
- Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfberichten
- Erstellen, Bearbeiten, Nachverfolgen und Abschließen von Lieferantenreklamationen
- Arbeit mit verschiedenen Systemen wie M3 (ERP), ECM, TeamCenter sowie der Reklamationsdatenbank WIM Supplier
- Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Lieferanten
- Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit:: ca. 60 % Reklamationsbearbeitung / ca. 40 % Wareneingangsprüfung
