Your tasks
- Assisting with editorial planning for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Reddit
- Co-developing target-group-oriented content formats that work on our platform
- Active trend scouting and testing of new content ideas, features and formats
- Scheduling, publishing and quality-checking posts, reels, shorts & stories
- Creating and coordinating content briefings for internal teams and creators
- Active community management: comments, DMs and dialogue with our audience
- Supporting the implementation of campaigns and commercial content
- Supporting team rider and creator management (coordination, alignment, content collection, timings)
- Close collaboration with our Brand Cooperation Team on partner
Our requirements
- You are a true digital native with a strong affinity for social media, platform dynamics and digital trends
- Content creation, storytelling and creative work are among your passions
- You feel right at home in fashion, boardsport and/or youth culture communities and understand their codes
- You feel comfortable in front of the camera and enjoy helping create or host videos, live sessions, stories or podcasts
- You work in a structured and reliable way – also when it comes to editorial planning and content organization
- You are open, communicative and enjoy actively engaging with the community, creators and partners
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus but not a prerequisite

- The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is €2.453,93 gross per month for full-time employment. The actual compensation will, of course, reflect your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
