Your tasks

• Translation of our brand and campaign strategy into platform-specific social-first concepts that inspire and engage.
• Development of distinctive social formats with strong recognizability and cultural fit.
• Building format logics, series and content universes that drive long-term differentiation, community engagement and momentum.
• Confident handling of platform mechanics, KPIs, trend cycles and algorithm dynamics.
• Development of social formats that extend store experiences into the digital world – and bring social moments back into the physical space.
• Driving innovative content approaches and the smart use of AI tools.
• Ownership of key Social Workstreams – from ideation through briefing to execution.
• Sparring with stakeholders and agencies with a strong focus on quality, differentiation and cultural relevance.
• Collaboration with selected creators to strengthen cultural credibility, activate new communities and strategically scale reach and relevance.

Our requirements

• Several years of experience in the social media field, with clear ownership of channels, formats, or campaigns
• Deep understanding of social culture, platform mechanics, and algorithm dynamics, along with a strong sense for trends, hooks, storytelling, timing, and cultural codes
• Expertise in developing scalable social formats and recurring series that are both strategically and creatively compelling
• Confident, efficient collaboration with internal stakeholders, agencies, and creators
• Routine use of AI tools within the social media context as part of your daily work
• Courage to make clear creative decisions, combined with a high standard for brand consistency, differentiation, and strategic relevance
• Strong community focus, aiming to genuinely inspire users and position social as an integral part of the customer experience
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus but not a prerequisite

• The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is €2.633,67 gross per month for full-time employment. The actual compensation will, of course, reflect your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
