Helios Klinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for a coding clerk (m/f/d) in medical controlling and an employee for MD complaints management, full-time/part-time, permanent, to start as soon as possible.

• Ensuring correct and timely case coding in the DRG system
• Optimization of medical service documentation
• Further development of coding quality, responsibility for the preparation of regular control information on the performance profile to the medical service areas
• Dealing with cost bearers, assessment and justification in connection with health insurance and MD inquiries
• Training and further education of medical and nursing staff in connection with the DRG system and in dealing with IT systems
• Processing incoming MD reports and benefit decisions from payers as well as support in processing complex MD audits
• Further and advanced training in the area of coding specialist

• Training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in coding and medical controlling as well as previous knowledge of the DRG system desirable
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as social competence
• Willingness and ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner with doctors, nurses, therapists and case management
• High level of commitment, initiative and sense of responsibility
• IT skills (in particular Microsoft® Office, SAP IS-H)
• Proof of immunization against measles
