We are looking for:

Human Resources Officer (m/f/d)

Location: Schneverdingen | Part-time (20–25 hours per week)

Your tasks:

• You will organize the entire recruiting process—from application management to onboarding.
• You will provide applicants with respectful and individual support until they join the company.
• You will draw up employment contracts, contract amendments, and references.
• You will play an active role in the further development of our internal communication channels and HR processes.
• You will be involved in exciting projects, such as the digitalization of the HR department.

What you bring to the table:

• Completed commercial training and, ideally, experience in human resources.
• You have up-to-date knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law.
• You are open to professional development and want to grow personally.
• You enjoy helping to shape new processes in a creative and contemporary way.
• You work in a structured and reliable manner and enjoy communicating with different people.
