Program intro
You have just completed your studies and are now looking for an exciting opportunity to start your professional journey in a global company?
The Global Career Starter Program is our 18-month entry-level rotation program that is tailored to you and gives you a successful start to your career. With up to 6 job rotations through different departments, you will gain a variety of insights and take on exciting responsibilities. In addition to working in multinational teams, you will expand your international experience and network through an assignment abroad at one of our global locations. Our aim is to create an environment in which you can accelerate your professional and personal development. That's why we support your development through mentoring, training, and networking activities. At the end of the program, you will be well equipped to start in your target position at MAHLE.

Tasks and what we offer
- Individual program design with up to 6 job rotations
- Challenging tasks with responsibility

- You will get to know our business areas from different perspectives – your focus will be on pricing processes, tools, and governance structures for setting prices with customers – including price lists, discount and bonus rules and pricing software
- The function is established in Europe and is currently being rolled out globally, with a focus on Asia (especially Shanghai)
What will qualify you
- Master's degree in economics or marketing with above-average grades
- First practical experience through relevant internships, e.g., in market research, product management, purchasing, or controlling (ideally in the automotive industry)
- International experience through semesters abroad or internships
- High motivation, curiosity, and commitment to professional and personal development
- Holistic entrepreneurial thinking, willingness to change, excellent analytical skills including a high affinity for numbers and knowledge of statistics
- Strong communication skills, teamwork and persuasiveness paired with a high degree of initiative and a change mindset
- English proficiency and ideally another foreign language
