Sales Area Manager Latin America (m/f/x)

Your tasks:

• Shape and implement the regional sales strategy in collaboration with your team leader, contributing to annual planning
• Lead and coordinate sales activities in both existing and new markets within your assigned region, ensuring revenue targets are met
• Prepare quotations, support contract negotiations, and manage order processing
• Establish and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive and solution-oriented support
• Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives and customer events in partnership with the marketing team
• Gather market, customer, pricing, and competitor insights to help building international success stories
• Report regularly on progress, risks, opportunities, and key performance indicators

Your profile:

• Technical education, or commercial background with strong technical affinity; a degree with a technical focus is ideal
• Solid technical understanding—experience in specialist foundation engineering is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately five trips per year)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage
• Strong intercultural competence and confident appearance in international settings
• Excellent communication and customer orientation
• Independent, proactive, and organized approach to work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM systems, with consistent documentation and follow-up of CRM activities
