Your Key Responsibilities

• Providing strategic, conceptual, and operational guidance to enhance the effectiveness of the CEO Bearings & Industrial Solutions.
• Leading and supporting the planning, execution, and management of strategic projects and special initiatives.
• Conducting comprehensive research and data analysis to inform and support executive decision-making processes.
• Coordinating and preparing content for impactful customer meetings.
• Ensuring seamless preparation, documentation, and follow-ups for executive board, internal BIS board, and supervisory board meetings.
• Facilitating smooth communication and collaboration between the CEO and various stakeholders within the organization.
• Developing and organizing presentations, reports, and analysis tailored for both internal audiences and external partners.
• Assisting in the planning, development, and successful implementation of workshops and executive offsites with senior leadership.
• Providing vacation coverage within the CEO Bearings & Industrial Solutions Office by managing organizational tasks, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining an optimized calendar to ensure seamless operations for the CEO.

Your Qualifications

• A Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in an international work environment, showcasing adaptability and global perspective.
• High level of commitment, initiative, and systematic work approach
• A courteous and service-oriented demeanor that fosters positive interactions.
• Proficiency in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both spoken and written.
• Solid proficiency with PC applications, including Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• An unwavering commitment to discretion and loyalty in all professional undertakings.
• Exceptional organizational skills, responsiveness, and flexibility, coupled with the ability to thrive under pressure.
