YOUR MISSION

• Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers, ensuring excellence in quality, estimation, and delivery

• Act as the key interface between system requirements and detailed software requirements

• Drive embedded software development projects from planning through execution in a structured, results-oriented environment

• Translate business and system needs into robust, scalable software solutions

• Lead software sub-projects, including estimation, planning, resource coordination, risk management, and progress tracking

• Support model-based development and automatic code generation for embedded targets

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

• Promote engineering best practices and continuously improve development processes

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven experience in Embedded Software Development and successful project execution

• Strong hands-on expertise with C++ in embedded environments

• Advanced experience with Matlab/Simulink and model-based development

• Proven track record leading engineers and driving delivery in technical projects

• Strong experience in Requirements Engineering, translating system requirements into software specifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline

• Fluent German and English

• Knowledge of Confluence and Jira

• Background in industrial products, automation, control systems, or HVAC-related technologies
