We are looking for an IT Test Manager for one of our key clients, one of the largest banks in Luxemburg, for a long-term contract role.

In this position, you will take full ownership of the testing strategy across a complex core banking transformation programme, ensuring high-quality delivery across both core systems and satellite applications.

You will define and drive the full testing lifecycle, from planning and preparation through to execution and reporting, while acting as the central coordination point between development, business stakeholders, automation teams, and requirements engineers.

Your focus will also include expanding the regression testing portfolio and ensuring strong alignment with agile delivery cycles, release planning, and system upgrades.

You will be responsible for managing SIT, UAT, and regression cycles, monitoring quality metrics, and providing clear go/no-go recommendations to leadership.

Your role will have a direct impact on ensuring the success of large-scale platform migration initiatives within a highly regulated financial environment.

This is a 100% workload 12 month contracting role.

If you bring strong experience in IT test management within financial services, expertise in tools such as JIRA/XRay, and a proven track record in complex migration programmes, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-impact role.
