In this exciting and hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support integrated and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage targeted customers and generate qualified leads
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, digital ads, and webinars, ensuring consistency across touch points
- Track, analyze and report campaign performance, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Contribute to the development of marketing dashboards and reporting tools to visualize performance metrics and insights
- Maintain and improve CRM data quality for accurate segmentation and lead tracking
- Contribute to brand awareness activities, including digital content creation, market insights and competitor research
- Support marketing-related events and internal communication activities
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Branding teams
Your background We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.
- Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Data Science, or Information Systems
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or professional experience), ideally at least one completed internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- Experience with KPI dashboards or data visualization tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- A strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in data-driven marketing
- A detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative working style
