At the earliest possible date, we are looking for exactly you as a Personnel Administrator (m/f/d) on a part-time basis for our HR department in Schwerin.

• Administrative support for our HR department, e.g. in the context of new hires
• Digitization and maintenance of our personnel files
• Collaboration in the preparation of evaluations and statistics
• Preparation for payroll accounting
• Entry of sickness certificates

• Completed commercial training or similar training is desirable, but not a requirement
• Reliable and careful way of working - especially when handling sensitive data
• Basic knowledge of PC and Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel)
• Flexibility with regard to tasks and working hours
• Diligence in documenting and archiving documents
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
