For our headquarters in Sehnde near Hanover, Germany, we are looking for the next possible date for a:
Clerk Receivable Management (m/f/d)
What you can expext:
- Receivables management: Regular and independent monitoring of receivables
- Trade credit insurance: Application for limits, reporting of overdue receivables, and contract management
- Letters of credit & guarantees: Factual review in coordination with banks
- Independent implementation of digitalization projects in the specialist department
- Annual and monthly financial statements: Independent assumption of subtasks
- Prepayments: Credit information (Bisnode queries)
- Ad hoc evaluations for managers
- Support of foreign subsidiaries in specialist matters
What you bring to the table:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Professional experience in accounts receivable
- Experience in preparing and reviewing letters of credit and guarantees
- Good user skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP skills desirable
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Independent and reliable working style
- Ability to work in a team and have a strong communicative nature
- High level of commitment and self-motivation
- Assertiveness
