Our Client
is a market-leading group of companies in the construction industry with decades of experience and over 1000 employees throughout Europe. In the course of further growth, we are looking for you as Head of IT & Digitization (m/f/d) in Siegen at the earliest possible date.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the company's entire IT infrastructure, including information security and data protection, as well as leading an interdisciplinary team
- Developing and implementing a digital strategy to modernize the company's system and process landscape in close coordination with the management and other departments
- Identifying, evaluating and implementing digital technologies and technological developments to continuously optimize the IT infrastructure as well as business processes and production workflows
- Managing and implementing digitalization projects, including change management
- Further development of ERP, CRM and other IT systems, expansion and optimization of interfaces including integration projects for the use of artificial intelligence (AI)
Our Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics or computer science; alternatively, you have an equivalent technical qualification with a strong IT focus
- Several years of professional and management experience in the areas of IT infrastructure and architecture as well as in the digitalization of business processes, including change management
- Sound knowledge of software integration, big data, Industry 4.0, production control and industrial automation
- Experience in the areas of workflow systems and digital project data rooms, as well as business management expertise
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
- You impress with your confident and down-to-earth demeanor and bring an innovative and cooperative way of working paired with empathetic leadership skills
