Part-time position (20 - 24 hrs./w.) for our location in Hartwagen 14, 4776 Diersbach (Sigharting)

Your tasks:

• Processing and fulfilment of customer orders in the area of rental containers
• Creation of order confirmations, delivery notes and shipping documents
• Telephone and written support for our customers in the event of queries
• Scheduling and maintenance and management of order-related data and documents
• Invoicing
• Written correspondence and internal/external exchange of information
• General administrative tasks to support the sales team and sales logistics

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK, HBLA...)
• Professional experience in the commercial sector is an advantage
• Independent way of working combined with the ability to work in a team
• Reliability and entrepreneurial thinking
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German

The gross salary for this position is €2,900 based on full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
