Human Resources Manager - Corporate Functions (m/f/d)
As HR Manager - Corporate Functions, you partner closely with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and the HR Shared Service Center (HR SSC) to execute HR strategies and support the achievement of business goals.
You act as the trusted HR contact for local line managers within your assigned corporate functions, ensuring professional HR process execution, advisory support, and alignment with global standards. In this role, you contribute to organizational effectiveness, change initiatives, and continuous improvement of people processes.

- Act as the primary HR contact for middle management teams under the direction of the assigned HRBPs
- Provide end-to-end HR process support across performance management, salary reviews, job gradings, long-term incentive plans, and talent management activities
- Advise line managers on employee relations topics including disciplinary actions, terminations, labor law matters, development, retention, compensation principles, and organizational changes
- Support and facilitate restructuring, outsourcing, and other transformation projects, including related change management initiatives
- Partner with HRBPs on organizational design and effectiveness measures
- Collaborate with the EMEA Talent Acquisition team on recruitment activities for assigned functions
- Prepare and analyze HR data (e.g., performance and potential calibrations, engagement survey results) and provide insights and recommendations to leadership
- Ensure consistent application of company policies, regulations, and HR standards in close collaboration with HR colleagues and HR SSC
- Contribute to continuous improvement and deployment of HR processes and systems within the assigned business areas
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; further education in Human Resources (e.g., Master, CAS) is an advantage
- 6+ years of HR experience, ideally within an international or industrial global environment
- Solid experience across core HR processes including performance management, employee relations, compensation cycles, and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of labor law and up-to-date HR practices
- Experience supporting transformation, restructuring, or change initiatives
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to derive actionable insights
- Project management capabilities and business-oriented mindset
- Fluent in German and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP / SuccessFactors is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a matrix organization and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
