As a Team Assistant (m/f/d) within Sonova Retail, you will provide vital administrative and organizational support to our Vice Presidents and their teams. You’ll coordinate calendars, manage travel, and keep daily operations running smoothly — ensuring an efficient and engaging work environment. More about the role
- Provide daily support to Vice Presidents, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and process expense reports and assist with travel requests as Travel Superadmin in Egencia.
- Act as deputy for the Executive Assistant to the Group Vice President (GVP) when required.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and cross-functional coordination (e.g. HR, IT, Finance).
- Plan and organize team events, activities, and celebrations.
- Maintain and update distribution lists and manage invoices and approvals.
- Contribute to the planning of global corporate events and ensure a positive office atmosphere through coordination of supplies and small amenities.
More about you
- Proven experience as an Office or Team Assistant, ideally in an international environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Service-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm and efficient in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with modern tools, including AI applications.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
