We are looking for a Process Expert in Logistics, with a GMP background, to take a functional lead in the Logistics Department, by defining and improving processes and systems to assure compliant and efficient logistics operations . What you’ll do:
Drive the implementation and continuous optimization of all logistics and supply chain processes related to goods receipt, sampling, storage, and distribution within a GMP-regulated environment.
Establish and maintain logistics SOPs in alignment with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Lead local and cross-functional projects as Subject Matter Expert (SME) - from conceptual design through execution to successful completion.
Represent the logistics function during regulatory inspections, customer audits, and client visits and presentations.
Support deviation management and change control: act as second-level responsible for deviation investigations, assist with CAPA creation and timely implementation in TrackWise.
Develop and deliver training programs, including on-the-job training, to ensure operational excellence within the team.
What we’re looking for:
Several years of professional experience in GMP-controlled pharmaceutical or biotech logistics, covering inbound, sampling, storage, and distribution processes.
Technical Education or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
Proven expertise in process design, improvement, and implementation of logistics workflows.
Strong project management skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into structured, actionable solutions.
Knowledge of SAP MM and EWM, particularly in inbound, warehouse management integration, picking, and shipment processes.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Languages: Business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
