What you will do:

• Create, monitor, and maintain short‑term production schedules, ensuring visibility and smooth execution across all relevant departments.

• Integrate cross‑functional input to build realistic, constraint‑aware plans while continuously optimizing sequencing and resource utilization.

• Update schedules promptly based on new information, maintain accurate planning parameters in the system, and support data-driven performance improvements.

• Review operational documents to determine material and personnel needs, ensure timely material availability, and uphold high-quality planning master data.

• Lead the weekly operations meeting by preparing, moderating, and summarizing discussions to deliver an aligned, cross-functional 12‑week plan and performance review.

What we are looking for:

• Educational Background in Supply Chain with proven production planning experience.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and structured, organized communication skills.

• Pharma and GMP experience are strong advantages.

• Experience with OMP or other advanced production planning tools is a plus.

• Fluency in German as well as fluency in English to collaborate effectively with shopfloor Operators and cross‑functional teams.
