We are looking for Quality inspectors for one of our main clients in Switzerland

Tasks

• Monitor assembly processes for major structures (e.g., fuselage sections, wings, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with assembly specifications, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

• Perform spot checks and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Conduct final inspections of completed assemblies or aircraft sections.

• Create and maintain inspection plans for assemblies.

• Perform inventory and equipment checks at assigned workstations.

• erve as the main contact person for quality-related inquiries on the assembly line.

• Provide on-the-job training and support to production employees.

• Participate in 1st Level Shopfloor meetings as a representative of Quality Assurance.
• Act as an interface between the assembly line and the Quality Assurance Assembly department.

Requirements

• Technical background (e.g., mechanic, electrician, or similar qualification).
• Several years of experience in the aviation industry, particularly in quality assurance or inspection.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Good level of German and English (minimum level B2); proficiency in at least one language is required.
• Strong ability to set priorities based on importance and urgency

• Practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
• High level of quality awareness and attention to detail.
• Open and positive attitude with strong communication skills.
