You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Sales & customer service

• ​Active support and advice for our customers in all departments (Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care,
• ​Fragrance) and beauty trends on the sales floor
• ​Living the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing)
• ​Selling products through in-depth product knowledge and establishing customer relationships at eye level
• ​Passing on knowledge about products, trends and beauty news

Services

• Short services in all departments
• Support for beauty classes

Operations

• Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications
• Assortment and merchandise maintenance
• Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale
• Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor
• Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
• Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates
• Carrying out inventories
• Operating cash register
• Additional tasks related to the daily business

KPIs

• Conversion Rate

• Fluent in English or native language of the country
