Job responsibilities
- Professionelle Beratung und Verkauf der BVLGARI Düfte, mit besonderem Fokus auf die High-End Kollektionen, unterstützt durch digitale Tools
- Verantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Counters sowie Erreichung definierter Umsatz- und KPI-Ziele
- Aktive Gewinnung von Neukunden und Pflege des bestehenden Kund:innenkreises
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Counter-Teams
- Planung und Durchführung von Events, Promotionen und verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Markenpräsenz
- Umsetzung der der BVLGARI Client Experience und der BVLGARI Merchandising Guidelines sowie qualifizierte Warenpräsentation
- Organisation reibungsloser Counter-Abläufe (Dienstpläne, Lager, Warenverfügbarkeit durch regelmäßige Bestandsprüfungen, Bestellungen etc.)
- Regelmäßiger Austausch und Abstimmung mit Ihrem Retail Manager sowie mit Marketing und Training inklusive termingerechtem Reporting
Profile
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf in der Kosmetik- oder Luxusbranche, idealerweise als Counter Manager
- Leidenschaft für Düfte und exklusive Produkte, insbesondere im High-End Segment
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Zielorientierung
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel sind wünschenswert
