About the role

The Global Delivery Director will be responsible for the operational delivery, governance and development of the allocated accounts throughout the globe. Acting as the point of contact and escalation route for senior customers you will provide strategic Leadership to the country operational and sales teams, day to day operational governance and oversight of the P&L and budget to ensure delivery of the contractual KPI’s.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and develop Client’s Strategic Relationship with the key Client Contacts.
  • Manage and develop the relationship with the Adecco in country leadership.
  • Ensure Operational Delivery of the contractual KPI’s.
  • Ensure delivery in line with P&L targets.
  • Development and delivery of the strategic account plan.
  • ACC management and development in allocated region.
  • Ensure rollout and compliance of Digital Roadmap.
  • Ensure employee management in line with the HR Strategy for the Clients.
  • Governance of the marketing plan and candidate pipeline.
  • Governance of the data quality and deliver in region.
  • Build and maintain full succession plans for all key roles.
  • Maintain or grow market share in all contractual areas.
  • Strategic ownership of employee satisfaction and retention in partnership with HR.
  • Strategic ownership of candidate NPS.
  • Governance and ownership of new development/sales opportunities.
  • Foster inspiring and motivating team management.

About you
  • Minimum 10 years of managerial experience.
  • Excellent project management skills in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of business processes and ability to implement them into HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at the highest management level.
  • Conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative thinking, results-oriented and solution-oriented;
  • English at minimum C1 level.
  • Preferred higher education in the field of Management and Economics.
