About us

Our team "Content Production Innovation & Enablement" works at the intersection of technology and creation. We build AI-powered workflows for marketing content, drive CGI productions, and use vibe coding to turn ideas into working prototypes, fast.

Our mission: make content faster, more scalable, and more impactful, from first idea to global campaign. We work technology-agnostic, iteratively, and always with a focus on measurable impact.

Your tasks

You'll dive into a broad portfolio of topics. Not as a specialist in everything, but as a curious mind who thinks along and builds along:

• AI Automation & Workflows: Integrate generative AI tools into multimodal production pipelines (text, image, audio, video). Automate existing processes and prototype new workflows

• CGI & Hybrid Production: Evaluate new technologies for computer-generated imagery and integrate them into campaign setups, including hybrid approaches with real shoots

• Vibe Coding & Prototyping: Use low-code and AI-assisted coding methods to rapidly build functional prototypes, making ideas tangible before they scale

• Pilots & Learnings: Set up hypotheses, run tests, evaluate asset performance, and derive actionable insights for scaling

• Process & Collaboration: Work with channel owners, agencies, and international markets on handoffs, templates, and production pipelines

The mandatory internship starting October 1st, 2026 with a preferred duration of six months.

• You're studying media, communications, business, computer science, business informatics, media/business psychology, design, or a comparable field and have a strong academic record

• Excellent German and English skills

• Confident use of MS 365, especially Copilot and Teams

• You're interested in generative AI, CGI, or creative technology and want to understand how to build real products with them

• You enjoy trying things out, whether that's an AI workflow, a prototype in code, or a tool you've never used before

• First touchpoints with AI tools, coding, or production technologies are a plus, not a requirement

• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a passion for innovation round out your profile

Please note that your internship at this location must be mandatory.
