Einleitung

Behind our online shops is Neuffer Fenster + Türen GmbH, founded in Stuttgart in 1872. Aufgaben

  • Technical advice for our international customers in the field of windows and doors
  • Identify and analyse customers’ requirements and expectations
  • Solve problems for customers by developing innovative and tailored solutions
  • Identify new markets and actively generate new customers
  • Identify and implement new opportunities, ideas and proposals to improve internal processes and workflows
  • Develop strong partnerships in our new and emerging markets and close collaboration to existing partners

Qualifikation

  • Completed technical or business degree or a comparable vocational training
  • Several years of relevant experience in the window and door industry
  • Fluent English and good knowledge of German in spoken and written; preferably one more language
  • Very structured with a strong strategic orientation and quick comprehension skills
  • Extremely communicative with hands-on qualities
  • Team player spirit and energetic attitude with the willingness to perform and move things forward
