WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You support month-end and year-end activities (reconciliation, closing and reporting)
- You prepare and automate reports, dashboards, and controlling overviews
- You support with onboarding new entities
- You support in the coordination and preparation of notary appointments for M&A projects
- You provide necessary input for tenders and supplier registrations
- You document Transfer Pricing regulations
WHO YOU ARE
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
- You have gained initial experience in (Group)-Controlling
- You have a good understanding of Finance, especially of Financial Statements and Closing Activities
- You are keen to work on administrative tasks
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and ideally have automation skills
- Experience in the communication and collaboration with attorneys, notaries and government bodies is a plus
- Experience in Transfer Pricing is a plus
- You stand out through your orientation to detail, a follow-through approach and a proactive way of working with a hands-on mentality
- You are looking to join us either part-time (at least 50%) or full-time.
