Position
Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a highly motivated Office Manager (d/f/m) to join our team Stuttgart.
Do you excel at organizing and optimizing office operations to create a productive work environment? Are you a master in ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes – from administrative processes to invoice handling? If so, as our Office Manager (d/f/m), we want your skills and expertise to enhance our daily operations. With a background in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field, along with proven experience in office management and basic accounting tasks, you’re the person we’ve been searching for.
Your tasks:
- General administrative tasks in the area of office management such as scheduling, document management and data maintenance
- Support with internal and external communication in connection with agency matters and travel management
- Support with projects and initiatives for the continuous improvement of our agency life
What you score with:
- Professional experience in office management, back office or a similar role
- Fluent in German and very good English skills
- Strong coordination and implementation skills
- A high sense of responsibility, service orientation, professionalism and the ability to work in a team
- Basic knowledge in invoice processing and an understanding of bookkeeping processes
- Very good skills in common MS Office programs
- Able to work on site in the office
